Our premier goal in creating this Paris packing list is to help you decide what to wear to Paris in the winter. To do this, we took inspiration from the streets of Paris, combined it with our favorite winter trends and developed a 10-piece winter travel wardrobe. And this all blended to create looks that feature monochromatic noir, classic hats and stylish boots. And when combined, these styles help to build a Paris travel wardrobe that is fabulous for winter!
Check out the items in our 10-piece packing list below for your Paris packing needs! But first, let’s find out what to do while visiting Paris in the winter.
What to Do in Paris in the Winter
While visiting Paris in the winter, consider perusing one of the many Christmas markets around the city. Stop by one of the largest of the markets, the Champs-Élysées Christmas Market (at the Jardin des Tuileries) or visit the Alsatian Christmas Market at Gare de l’Est where you can buy items like Alsatian brioche cake made with almonds and raisins. Don’t miss out on trying a cup of hot chocolate from Carette and make plans to drop by Diptyque to pick out a perfume to wear on your trip; and then when you wear it at home, you will be reminded of Paris.
