You may also consider a snowshoe tour of Cypress Mountain. And be sure to indulge in Vancouver’s excellent culinary scene. Make reservations at a restaurant like Savio Volpe that serves up modern Italian cuisine, Chambar (serving Belgian cuisine) or Kissa Tanto for Japanese Italian fusion.
